While I was riding my cycle to Nandi Hills, I came across this Punjabi restaurant on the service road. It caught my attention so I decided to come back and eat on my way back home.

The building design was different and nice hence it caught my immediate attention.

While good food and good customer service are crucial for return business, the ambience of a restaurant is also important. You want customers to feel comfortable and enjoy their meals. Restaurant design sets the stage for customer’s dining experience.
At NH7, the tables are spaced out really well giving the customers a lot of room to walk. In fact, I even noticed some children running around. Highway restaurants are usually crowded or busy during the weekends because a lot of people are either travelling or just want to get away from the city to have a quiet experience and eat good food.
The music was really nice and they were playing two of my favourite genres i.e. Trance and EDM.
The Aloo Paratha was extremely delicious and heavy. I visited Chandigarh a couple of times recently and even there I did not eat such tasty Parathas. It was served with Green Chutney and Pickle. The former was a bit tangy and spicy while the latter was sour and nice. The curd (dahi) was soft. I also ordered for Mango Lassi which surprisingly was served cold in a big stainless steel glass. It was smooth. I totally enjoyed my breakfast.
