Concassé The Little Pizzeria is a small and fairly new eatery in Kamanahalli, Bangalore (Bengaluru). Most of the customers who visit on a regular basis are the Arab students. They love the pizzas and burgers that are sold here. Many of them eat twice a day at this Pizzeria.
Making of Margherita Pizza
Story about this Chef cum Waiter
He is from North East India. He was hired by Mr Brian, the owner of Concassé The Little Pizzeria. After a few months of joining, this chef realised that he needed to learn English so he could interact with customers, communicate clearly and of course look at the future too. So, one day he went up to Mr Brian and asked him if he could take an hour’s break daily or few days in a week to learn English from a nearby institute. He also chose the timings after analysing the customer traffic over a period of time. And he started attending the same English centre some of his Arab clients go to too. Now that is called ‘determination’ to thrive, interest and intent to learn and develop so to grow and succeed in life.
Ready – The Margherita Pizza – Made in under 8 minutes
The owner Mr Brian and his father (a chef himself) are extremely happy and excited about this chap’s personal development and speed in preparing Pizzas.
My Pepperoni Pizza – Totally Yummy
The SMALL pepperoni pizza I ate was for Rs 200/-. But in the future, I intend to buy bigger ones now that I find the Pizza delicious here.
Fell in love with this pepperoni pizza 🍕 instantly and totally. The thin crust pizzas are something to die for. Unfortunately it is too addictive and "no one can eat just one" here. You should come over and try these pizzas. This pizza is Rs 200/- only. . . #pizza #pepporoni #lifestories #PritishSocial #instafood #instahappy #foodie #foodcoma #foodgasm #foodporn #foodstagram #thincrustpizza #foodblogger #bengaluru
