It is summer time. Beat the heat with this Yoghurt drink. This is a 3 Ingredient recipe I learnt from a Lebanese restaurant in Koramangala, Bangalore.

Trust me, it tastes awesome. Usually, in lebanese restaurants, a solid version with more ingredients are served. But this restaurant I visited gave the liquid version. After drinking it, I instantly loved it but asked him for the recipe. If you like the taste of those Gulf or Afghani or Irani or Lebanese dishes with garlic (not so much though), then you will like this. Try it at least once. If you don’t like it, then you don’t like it. Simple! I must admit though that I have acquired a taste for certain fruits and veggies that I never liked and never imagined I would taste it again and like it. So, good luck!
